We use UPS and USPS for U.S. orders and Fedex for International orders. We also use several freight forwarders for large international orders. The shopping cart only lets you choose UPS but all international orders are shipped via Fedex. The cost is never higher than the displayed UPS rate. If we can save the customer money by switching to USPS, we automatically do so. For special orders, a freight quote can be requested.
Orders are processed as they come in and usually ship within 48 hours. If something is not available, the customer is notified via email or phone. If you are a customer in Florida you will receive your order within 24 hours of shipping so there is no need to choose Next Day, 2nd Day nor 3 Day Select.

If you wish to return an item within 30 days of receiving, please write to us at sales@allveterinarysupply.com or call us to receive an RA #. We will credit your card account (less shipping) after we have received the returned merchandise. You must receive an RA # before returning product. Merchandise returned without RA numbers will not be accepted. Items must be returned in original manufacturer packaging, new/unused, and in re-sellable condition in order to receive a credit. There will be NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS ON ANY PRODUCT. ALSO, THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, PRESCRIPTION DRUGS, PRODUCTS REQUIRING REFRIGERATION AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT.
Damaged Products must be reported to carriers and All Veterinary Supply within 72 hours of receiving: UPS:800-742-5877, FedEx:800-Go-FEDEX. and All Veterinary Supply 305-599-6125.
Incomplete/Incorrect orders must be reported to All Veterinary Supply at sales@allveterinarysupply.com or 305-599-6125 within 48 hours of delivery.
